 Знаете наверное, что современное искусство часто выглядит в глазах неподготовленного зрителя - то ли кусками строительного мусора, то ли продукцией шестилетнего ребенка.

У меня вопрос - а почему вообще так?

Спрашиваю совершенно без подковырки, от современного искусства, да, по совести, и от несовременного - я далек.

i think GOOD art is aimed at invoking an emotion or a certain image in your brain, but not necessarily by displaying something that is very close to reality.

so, some good art "steps back" from literal reproduction of reality, and since children usually suck at painting close to reality, this "step back" we see as a step towards "painting like a child"

and some crap art looks like crappy child art.

so in the end its all subjective

this is my interpretation...
