Вы совершенно правы, все обстоит в малых городах совсем не радужно. Но и в Москве с ее огромным наордонаселением больницы и школы деленные на количество народа дают цифры не так чтоб радужные.

Я бы не хотел жить в Москве. По многим причинам.
